1. Service
ShopBoost provides a SaaS dashboard for online sellers in Brazil. The service reads store data through the sales platform’s authorized APIs and presents it to the seller for management and analytics purposes.
2. Accounts and organizations
Each customer operates inside an organization (multi-tenant). The customer is responsible for keeping their credentials safe and for authorizing or revoking connections to the stores under their control.
3. Acceptable use
- You may not use ShopBoost for any illegal purpose or in violation of the sales platform’s policies, terms, or developer agreements.
- You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, data integrity rules, or security controls of ShopBoost or the connected platform.
- You may not use the service to harvest data that you are not authorized to access.
4. Integration scope
The current MVP is read-only. ShopBoost does not perform product modification, product deletion, delivery status updates, promotion modification, or any other destructive or write action on store entities. Any future expansion of the scope will require fresh, explicit consent from the seller and a corresponding update to the platform registration.
5. Availability
ShopBoost is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ShopBoost depends on third-party services (including the connected platform’s APIs) whose availability is outside our control.
6. Pricing and billing
Pricing, billing, and refund policies will be presented inside the dashboard when a paid plan is offered. During the MVP / review phase, ShopBoost may be provided free of charge for evaluation purposes.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the policies of the connected platform, or where required by law. On termination we will delete authorization tokens immediately and other account data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShopBoost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the seller’s domicile, where allowed by law.
