1. Who we are
ShopBoost (“we”, “us”) is a SaaS dashboard that helps online sellers in Brazil view and analyze their store data. We operate at the domain shopboost.com.br.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and organization name provided when signing up to ShopBoost.
- Store data: data obtained through the sales platform’s authorization flow with the seller’s explicit consent — shop information, orders, products, SKUs, inventory, finance, payouts, fees, refunds, fulfillment, and promotions. Only the scopes the seller approved are accessed.
- Technical data: IP address, user agent, access logs, and audit records of sensitive events (for example, authorization connect/disconnect).
3. How we use the data
- Display and analyze the seller’s store operation inside the ShopBoost dashboard.
- Operate, secure, and improve the service, including fraud prevention and audit.
- Comply with legal obligations and our contractual commitments.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use seller data to train AI models without explicit consent. We do not share data with third parties except infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service (managed database, transactional email, error monitoring), each bound by their own data processing terms.
4. Authorization tokens and credentials
Access tokens and refresh tokens issued by the sales platform are stored in a dedicated database table, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and are never written to application logs. Sellers can revoke the connection at any time by disconnecting the store inside ShopBoost or directly in their seller account on the platform.
5. Data retention
Data is retained while the account is active. When an account is deleted or a store integration is revoked, tokens are deleted immediately and business data is removed within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain specific records for longer.
6. Your rights (LGPD & equivalents)
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018) and equivalent regulations, you can request access, correction, anonymization, portability, and deletion of your data by contacting shopboost12@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
